A policyholder for auto insurance has the right to a claim as payment for losses sustained in an accident. A “claim” is a formal request made by a policyholder to the insurer, requesting that the insurer reimburse the policy amount. - Claim Intimation: Notify the company of the theft or accident as soon as possible using the toll-free number or the “intimate a claim” option on the homepage. Provide all available information.
- Registration of Claim: Customer support will provide the policyholder with a claim reference number and other essential details and instructions.
- Arrangement Of A Surveyor By The Company: A surveyor will be assigned to evaluate the accident’s damage and loss once the claim is duly registered.
- Survey and Submission of Documents: Provide required documentation following the surveyor’s evaluation of the accident-related damages.
- Repair and Final Claim Settlement: Policyholders can take advantage of simple and practical cashless claim services at preferred workshops. The company will promptly settle the claim after the relevant paperwork is submitted.
