Theft:

  1. Intimate online or Call us on 1800 220 233.
  2. Contact the Police Authorities.
  3. FG will depute Surveyor for inspection/investigation.
  4. Submit the required documents:
    • Claim form, duly filled and signed by the insured.
    • Inventory of loss.
    • Repairs bills.
    • Laboratory Test Reports, if required.
    • Photographs, if taken by the insured.
    • Departmental Note about the incident.
    • FIR & Police Panchanama.
  5. Settlement of the approved amount within 15 days from the submission of final documents.

Marine:

  1. Intimate us online or Call us on 1800220233.
  2. If you observed damage in packing, insist on open Delivery.
  3. Qualify the BL/LR/MTD/AWB.
  4. Submit the Documentation as required:
    • Claim Form duly filled and signed.
    • Original Policy/Certificate/Open delivery Certificate.

    • Packing List.
    • Copy of Claim Notice.
    • Railway Receipt/Lorry Receipt.
